Article 64. Repeated elections of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. If the presidential election has been declared invalid or a repeat vote has not allowed to determine the elected President, the Central Election Commission appoints a repeat presidential election.
2. Repeated elections are held no later than two months after the initial elections. Voting is conducted at the same polling stations and according to the lists compiled for the initial elections.
3. The formation of the composition of election commissions, the nomination and registration of presidential candidates, and other electoral activities shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by this Constitutional Law. At the same time, the shortened terms of election events are determined by the Central Election Commission.
4. Repeated elections are reported in the media.
