Article 64. The enactment and execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Constitutional Court may determine the procedure and time limits for the enactment and execution of its decisions.
2. The measures taken to implement the decision of the Constitutional Court shall be notified to it by the relevant State bodies and officials within the time period established by the Constitutional Court.
3. Recommendations and proposals contained in the decisions of the Constitutional Court on improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to mandatory consideration by authorized state bodies and officials with mandatory notification of the Constitutional Court of the decision.
4. In the event that the Constitutional Court adopts the normative decisions provided for in subitems 2) and 3) of paragraph 2 of Article 57 of this Constitutional Law, if they necessitate the adoption of legislative and other measures to eliminate gaps and contradictions in legal regulation, authorized state bodies no later than six months after the publication of the decision of the Constitutional Court, unless another deadline is set. The Constitutional Court, ensure that the draft of the relevant law and the adoption of other legal acts are submitted to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Before the adoption of a new legal act, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the decision of the Constitutional Court are directly applied, taking into account the specifics of the legal regulation of the affected public relations.
