Article 66. Transitional provisions. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the legal successor of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Appeals submitted to the Constitutional Council before January 1, 2023, are considered by the Constitutional Court in accordance with the procedure established by this Constitutional Law.
