1. State bodies that have Internet resources and information systems of state bodies that were put into commercial operation before the entry into force of this Law and do not have a test report for compliance with information security requirements or a certificate of compliance with information security requirements, shall test them for compliance with information security requirements and certify them within three years from the date of their entry into force. the operation of this Law.
2 Non-governmental information systems integrated with the information systems of government agencies or intended for the formation of state electronic information resources and not having a test report for compliance with information security requirements, a certificate of compliance with information security requirements, are tested for compliance with information security requirements and attested within three years from the date of entry into force of this Law.
