Article 68-1. Peculiarities of supplying the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan with petroleum products of the Law on the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 The Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan purchases petroleum products from a single operator for the supply of petroleum products, determined by the authorized body for state regulation of the production of petroleum products.

If a single operator for the supply of petroleum products refuses to purchase petroleum products using the card system, the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the right to independently purchase them on a competitive basis at the expense of budgetary funds for the relevant year.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
