 Authorized body in the field of charity:

1) on the basis of and in pursuance of the main directions of the internal and foreign policy of the state, defined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the main directions of the socio-economic policy of the state, its defense capability, security, and public order, developed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, forms and implements the state policy in the field of charity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) interacts with individuals, legal entities and government agencies in the field of charity;

3) develops and approves the rules for awarding honorary titles in the field of charity;

4) awards an honorary title in the field of charity;

4-1) develops and approves regulatory legal acts in the field of charity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
