1. The State guarantees the accuracy of the information provided on the registered rights and restrictions in respect of immovable property.

2. Losses caused by violation of the registration procedure, entering incorrect registration data, issuing information, or distorting the content of information are subject to judicial compensation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
