1.monitoring of the activities of the subjects of accreditation is carried out by the results of accreditation by the body for completed subjects of accreditation of works, services and processes in the region of accreditation.

2.in the framework of the establishment of accreditation criteria for the results of monitoring the activities of the subjects of accreditation, measures are taken in accordance with the current legislation.

3.the law on monitoring the activities of subjects of accreditation is approved by an authorized body.

Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2008 No. 61-IV.

This law regulates public relations in the field of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, as well as related relations with them.
