Coordinating body in the field of labeling and traceability of goods:

1) formulates and implements the state policy on labeling and traceability of goods;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/30/2022 No. 177-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

3) approves the requirements for the information system of labeling and traceability of goods in coordination with the sectoral authorized state bodies in the field of labeling and traceability of goods and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan within their competence.;

4) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 No. 544.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
