1. State revenue authorities on the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which does not coincide with the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union:

1) stop vehicles, including those carrying out international transportation of goods;

2) request and receive from the carrier or from a person transporting goods across the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which does not coincide with the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, the necessary information, as well as documents and information related to the goods being transported;

3) produce documentation, video and audio recording, film and photography of facts and events in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The state body responsible for ensuring the receipt of taxes and payments to the budget shall approve samples of uniforms, in-kind standards for their provision and insignia, the procedure for wearing them, as well as a list of employees authorized to wear uniforms who control the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan that does not coincide with the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union. the union.

3. Control over the observance of prohibitions and restrictions on certain types of goods transported across the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which does not coincide with the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, is carried out by the state revenue authorities in accordance with the procedure determined by the state body responsible for ensuring the receipt of taxes and payments to the budget.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of trade activity, establishes the principles and organizational bases of its state regulation.
