1. State Operational Information Security Center:

1) monitors the information security of e-government informatization facilities through the information security monitoring system of the National Information Security Coordination Center;

2) monitors information security events at government informatization facilities;

3) carries out measures to identify, combat and investigate threats and incidents of information security at e-government informatization facilities and forms recommendations for their elimination or prevention;

4) coordinates measures to ensure the information security of e-government informatization facilities, as well as responding to information security incidents;

5) ensures the publication of information on the vulnerability detection platform about informatization facilities connected to the State Operational Information Security Center.

6) ensures the functioning of the program of interaction on the objects of informatization of state bodies;

7) within one working day from the moment of detection of a violation of personal data security, notify the authorized body in the field of personal data protection of such violation.

2. Employees of the State Operational Information Security Center are responsible for disclosing commercial or other legally protected secrets obtained by them as a result of their activities, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of informatization that arise in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan between government agencies, individuals and legal entities during the creation, development and operation of informatization facilities, as well as with state support for the development of the information and communication technology industry.
