Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital:

1) implement, within their competence, the state policy in the field of aquaculture;

2) subsidize aquaculture entities and entities that ensure the development of aquaculture;

3) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
