Article 7. Competence of local executive bodies The Law on Psychological Activity 

      Local executive bodies shall:

      1) ensure the implementation of state policy in the sphere of psychological activity;

      2) exercise, in the interests of local state government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
