Authorized body for the assessment and control of the quality of public services:

1) ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of public services within its competence;

2) carries out state control over the quality of public services, develops proposals based on analysis and monitoring aimed at preventing violations in their provision and ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of service recipients.;

3) develops and approves the rules of state control over the quality of public services;

4) requests information on the results of internal control over the quality of public services;

5) develops and approves a methodology for assessing the quality of public services in coordination with the authorized body in the field of informatization.;

6) carries out the formation, monitoring of the implementation and evaluation of the results of the state social order for public monitoring of the quality of public services;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.11.2015 No. 384-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

8) provides information, advisory, and methodological support to individuals and non-profit organizations for conducting public monitoring of the quality of public services;

9) performs other functions stipulated by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
