Authorized body in the field of biofuel turnover:

1) implements state policy in the field of state regulation of biofuel turnover within its competence;

2) develops and approves, within its competence, regulatory legal acts in the field of state regulation of biofuel turnover;

3) carries out desk control of biofuel turnover;

4) develops and approves the form, procedure and deadlines for submitting declarations on biofuel turnover;

5) develops and approves the notification form;

6) carries out state control in the field of biofuel turnover;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.01.2021 No. 407-VI (effective from 01.01.2020);

8) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015);

9) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
