Article 7. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of online platforms and online advertising The Law on Online Platforms and Online Advertising

     Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     1) develops the main directions of state policy in the field of online platforms and online advertising;

      2) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     This Law regulates public relations related to online platforms operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as public relations arising in the process of production, placement, distribution and storage of online advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
