The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of recognition of professional qualifications:

1) develops the main directions of the state policy in the field of recognition of professional qualifications;

2) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
