The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan develops the main directions of state policy in the field of volunteer activity and organizes their implementation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 42-VI SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
