The competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes:

1) development of the main directions of the state policy in the field of safety of chemical products;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

4) creation and abolition of advisory and advisory bodies on the safety of chemical products;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

6) identification of a state body for intersectoral coordination in the field of chemical product safety from among the authorized bodies in accordance with the industry orientation;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
