Article 7. Composition of the District Court of the Constitutional Law On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A district court shall consist of a chairman and judges appointed in accordance with the procedure established by the Constitution and this Constitutional Law.
If the district court has one judge (single-member court) according to the state, he exercises the powers of the chairman of this court.
