1. The decision on the issue of secured digital assets is published on the Internet resource of the person issuing and circulating secured digital assets, and must be publicly available until the obligations of the person initiating the issue of secured digital assets are fully fulfilled to all holders of secured digital assets issued on the basis of the relevant decision on the issue of secured digital assets.

2. The rules for making a decision on the issue of secured digital assets are approved by the authorized body.
