Subjects engaged in security activities include:

1) specialized security units of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) private security companies.

3) - 5) are excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2010 No. 372-IV (effective after one year from the date of enactment of the Law).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2000 No. 85.

This Law establishes the legal basis of security activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the status and powers of subjects engaged in security and security activities.
