1. Central and local executive bodies, as well as other state organizations, within the limits of their powers assigned to them by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are required to ensure compliance with minimum social standards at the expense of budgetary funds.

2. Individuals and legal entities, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are required to ensure compliance with minimum social standards at the expense of their own funds and other sources that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
