Article 7. Indirect suffrage of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Electors - citizens of the Republic who are deputies of maslikhats - participate in the elections of deputies of the Senate of the Parliament.

     2. Electors participate in the election of deputies of the Senate on an equal basis and each of them has one vote in the election of a deputy of the Senate.

     3. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/08/1998 No. 222.
