1. The production passport is developed and filled in by the manufacturer of tobacco products and sent to the authorized body.

2. The production passport must contain the following basic information:

1) technological scheme for the production of tobacco products, indicating the main characteristics of the technological equipment;

2) organization of quality control;

3) storage capacity of finished products;

4) expenditure standards for tobacco and non-tobacco components, loss rates.

3. In case of changes in the information contained in the production passport, the manufacturer of tobacco products is obliged to inform the authorized body about these changes within one month.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2003 No. 439.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of tobacco products.
