1. The application of enforcement measures for the execution of the enforcement documents listed in article 9 of this Law shall be imposed on bailiffs.

2. In cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the application of enforcement measures for the execution of enforcement documents is carried out with the assistance of employees of internal affairs bodies, assistants to private bailiffs and other government agencies.

3. No one has the right to interfere in the official activities of a bailiff, except for persons directly authorized to do so by laws. Unlawful interference in the activities of the bailiff entails liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
