1. The purpose of state statistics is to provide users with official statistical information.

2. The achievement of the goal in the field of state statistics is realized by solving the following tasks:

1) formation of statistical methodology;

2) carrying out statistical activities in compliance with the principles of state statistics;

3) meeting the needs of society, the State and the international community for official statistical information;

4) determining the quality of administrative data.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2010 No. 257-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state statistical activity, as well as in determining the quality of administrative data, and is aimed at meeting the needs of society, the State and the international community for official statistical information.
