Article 7. Quorum at sessions of the Parliament of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Status of its Deputies

     Joint and separate sessions of the Chambers are valid in the presence of at least two thirds of the total number of deputies of each Chamber.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the organization and activities of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal status of its deputies.
