1. The Security Council Staff is a working body of the Security Council, which is part of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose activities are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In order to ensure the activities of the Chairman of the Security Council and the Security Council, the unconditional and exhaustive implementation of their decisions, as well as control over their execution, the Staff of the Security Council has the right to issue binding instructions to government agencies and organizations.

This Law defines the legal status, competence and organization of the activities of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
