The Company is obliged, within thirty working days from the date of state registration, to notify the authorized body in writing about the passage of state registration with an attachment:

1) certificates of state registration of a legal entity and a notarized copy of the charter;

2) documents attesting to the decision to establish the company.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
