1. State supervision and control over the activities of insurance organizations shall be carried out by the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. State control over the fulfillment by a private notary of the requirements of this Law regarding the obligation to conclude a contract of compulsory liability insurance for private notaries, and taking measures against private notaries who violate this requirement, are imposed in accordance with this Law on judicial authorities within their competence established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 11, 2003 No. 435.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with compulsory insurance of civil liability of private notaries, and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
