Article 7. Structure of the national standardization system The Law on Standardization

     The structure of the national standardization system consists of:

     1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) authorized body;

     3) state bodies within their competence;

     4) National standardization body;

     5) Technical committees for standardization;

     6) Technical experts on standardization;

     7) individuals and legal entities.

     This Law defines the legal framework for the functioning of the national standardization system.
