Article 7. The inadmissibility of operating a vehicle without concluding a contract of compulsory liability insurance for vehicle owners of the Law On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners

1. The operation of a vehicle in case of non-conclusion of a compulsory liability insurance contract for vehicle owners is not allowed.

2. Divisions of the authorized body for ensuring road safety and transport control bodies, when checking documents, are required to verify that vehicle owners have fulfilled their obligations to conclude a compulsory liability insurance contract for vehicle owners.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2003 No. 446.

This Law regulates relations arising in the field of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners, and establishes the legal, financial and organizational basis for its implementation.
