Article 7. The Oath of the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Judges of the Constitutional Court, after their appointment, take the following oath:: "I solemnly swear to honestly and conscientiously fulfill the high duties assigned to me by a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to be impartial and to obey only the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in my activities, to ensure its supremacy."

     The oath of office of judges of the Constitutional Court is taken in accordance with the procedure determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
