Article 7. The principle of transparency of the Law on Special Economic and Industrial Zones

      The principle of transparency is to ensure transparent, open and transparent procedures for the creation of special economic and industrial zones, as well as for the activities of participants in special economic and industrial zones and the admission of new participants to carry out activities on the territory of such zones.  

     This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
