Article 7. The rights of individual entrepreneurs, individuals and legal entities to register a pledge of movable property of the Law on Registration of Pledge of Movable Property

     When pledging movable property, an individual entrepreneur, an individual and a legal entity may register a pledge both as a pledgor and a pledgee.  

This Law establishes the rules for registering the pledge of movable property in order to realize and protect the rights of individuals and legal entities who have legitimate rights to this property.
