1. Users should be provided with complete information about the operational and other characteristics and limitations of the artificial intelligence system to ensure the targeted use of the artificial intelligence system.

2. The user, in respect of whom decisions are made using artificial intelligence systems, has the right to be informed about the procedure for automated processing and its consequences, about the possibility of objecting to automated processing, as well as about the procedure for protecting their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
