1. Amendments and (or) additions to the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning permits and (or) notifications should be made after discussion of these amendments and (or) additions with the public.

2. Information available to government agencies, which is not limited to use and is necessary for interested persons, should be available.

3. Information on permits issued, notifications sent, conditions for issuing permits and sending notifications should be posted on the e-government web portal and Internet resources of government agencies, as well as on other information facilities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services in Kazakh and Russian, with the exception of information containing state secrets and other legally protected secrets.

4. All procedures and requirements related to the introduction and implementation of a permit or notification procedure should be clear to all interested parties.

This Law regulates public relations related to the introduction and implementation of a permissive or notification procedure for the implementation by private business entities and other persons of certain types of activities or actions provided for by this Law.
