1. The Endowment Fund carries out the following types of activities:

1) ownership, use and disposal of endowments (targeted contributions);

2) formation and (or) replenishment of endowment funds (endowment funds);

3) asset management of endowment funds (endowment funds);

4) investing assets of endowment funds (endowment funds);

5) financing of charity facilities provided for by the endowment fund (endowment fund) charitable program;

6) interaction with depositors, founders, beneficiaries and other participants;

7) carrying out initiatives aimed at increasing the assets of endowment funds (endowments) by raising money and attracting endowments (endowments);

8) other activities provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the charter of the endowment fund.

2. All activities of the endowment fund are aimed at achieving the goals established by this Law and the constituent documents.

This Law regulates public relations that arise during the creation, management and liquidation of endowment funds, the formation, replenishment, and dissolution of endowment funds (endowment funds) and the use of their investment income, and the trust management of assets of endowment funds (endowment funds).
