1. Industrial safety expertise is subject to:

1) dangerous technical devices specified in paragraph 2 of Article 71 of this Law;

2) technologies, technical devices, materials used at hazardous production facilities, with the exception of construction materials used at hazardous production facilities;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/01/2021 No. 26-VII (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/01/2021 No. 26-VII (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 5) excluded by the Law RK No. 71-VIII dated 04/06/2024 (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2015 No. 366-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

7) design documents subject to expertise in the field of industrial safety in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use".

2. Industrial safety expertise is carried out by certified organizations independent of the applicant organization, at the expense of the applicant organization.

3. The result of the industrial safety examination is an expert opinion.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of carrying out civil protection measures and is aimed at preventing and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies and their consequences, providing emergency medical and psychological assistance to the population in the emergency zone, ensuring fire and industrial safety, and also defines the main tasks and organizational principles of building and the functioning of the civil defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of, storage and use of the state material reserve, organization and activities of emergency services and formations.
