1. Major participants in insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance holdings submit financial and other reports to the National Bank in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank.

2. A major participant in an insurance (reinsurance) organization that is an individual resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in addition to the reporting provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article, must, within five working days after the date of submission of the income and property declaration to the tax authority, submit to the authorized body a copy of it with confirmation of the submission of the declaration to the tax authority.
