Article 76. Nomination of candidates for deputies of the Senate to replace those who have retired after the deadline for registration of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If, as a result of the withdrawal of candidates, less than two candidates for deputies of the Senate remain after the end of the registration period, the Central Election Commission, upon the recommendation of the relevant regional (city of republican significance and the capital), city Election Commission, by its resolution, extends the election period, but not more than two months.

     2. In this case, the nomination of candidates for deputies of the Senate is carried out in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law.
