1. A major participant of the bank, a bank holding company, submits financial and other reports to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. A major participant of the bank – an individual who is a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in addition to the reporting provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article, must, within five working days after the date of submission of the income and property declaration to the tax authority, submit to the authorized body a copy of it confirming the submission of the declaration to the tax authority..
