The lottery distributor (agent) carries out its activities on the basis of an assignment agreement concluded with the lottery operator.

The contract of assignment is concluded in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the specifics of the lottery distribution (implementation) provided for by this Law and the lottery rules.
