Article 8. Competence of local self-government bodies in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas The Law on State Regulation of the Development of the Agro-industrial Complex and Rural Areas

The competence of local self-government bodies in the field of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas includes ensuring the participation of the population in resolving issues of local importance within the powers established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 66.

This Law defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for the implementation of state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
