Authorized Anti-corruption Body:

1) increases public awareness of the risks of corruption;

2) interacts with civil society institutions and government agencies in order to combat corruption and reduce its level;

3) exercise other powers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
