Authorized body in the field of rendering state and socially responsible services:

1) formulates and implements state policy in the field of public and socially responsible services;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 23, 2023 No. 50-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2-1) Approves the register of public services and makes amendments and additions to it in coordination with the authorized body for assessment and quality control of public services and the authorized body in the field of development of the public administration system.;

3) develops and maintains the register of public services;

4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.11.2019 No. 272-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

5) coordinates drafts of subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services and standard rules for the provision of socially responsible services.;

6) monitors the activities of central government agencies for the development of subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services, or rules for the provision of socially responsible services;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/14/2022 No. 141-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

8) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/21/2024 No. 86-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

8-1) develops and approves rules for the collection, processing and storage of biometric data of individuals for their biometric authentication in the provision of government and socially responsible services in coordination with the authorized body in the field of personal data protection;

8-2) carries out the formation and approval of the list of socially responsible services in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body in the field of public and socially responsible services;

9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/21/2024 No. 86-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

10) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
