1. The central executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the limits of their competence:

1) implement the state policy in the field of volunteering;

2) develop mechanisms to support and stimulate volunteer activities;

3) promote the development of international cooperation and the exchange of experience in the field of volunteering;

4) develop recommendations on how to attract volunteer organizations and volunteers to participate in the implementation of volunteer programs (projects) and conduct volunteer actions;

5) interact with individuals, legal entities and government agencies in the field of volunteer activities;

7) analyze, summarize and summarize the practice of volunteering;

9) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
