Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of state policy in the field of protection, restoration, and use of flora;

2) exercises the rights of ownership, use and disposal of the flora;

3) approves the list of rare and endangered plant species;

4) decides on the withdrawal of rare and endangered plant species, their parts or derivatives, and approves the volume of their withdrawal;

5) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 No. 183-VII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations and establishes the legal basis of state policy in the field of protection, restoration, and use of flora.
