Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of the state policy in the field of standardization and organizes their implementation;

2) determines the national standardization body;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

This Law defines the legal framework for the functioning of the national standardization system.
